The challenge
Psychometric assessments rely on accurate, model-specific scoring, and administrators need to design new tests without engineering help. If the scoring engine is a black box, the product cannot grow.
What we built
We turned the scoring rules into software: an engine that supports several psychometric models, and a panel that lets assessment designers compose tests without a developer. Reporting then delivers results in a form the HR team can actually use.
