The challenge
Online grocery lives or dies on convenience and delivery trust. Shoppers needed to add items quickly and know instantly whether their pincode is serviceable. Operations needed a high volume of orders to flow into the OMS without someone re-typing every ticket.
What we built
We engineered a Shopify storefront around the grocery job-to-be-done: fast add-to-cart, honest delivery promises, and a back-office that can absorb campaign spikes. The pincode check sits where shoppers actually decide — on the product page and in the cart — so unserviceable orders never enter the queue. Orders then sync to the OMS without a manual hop.
- Frictionless add-to-cart and basket experience designed for repeat grocery missions
- Pincode serviceability checker at product and cart level, before checkout
- Custom logistics integration so delivery promises match actual coverage
- High-volume OMS synchronization so warehouse and storefront stay aligned
Results
Verified conversion, volume and delivery-promise metrics will be published here once the client has approved them. Until then we describe the system, not invented percentages.
