The challenge
Waste collection relied on manual tracking and manual payments across many stakeholders. That meant delayed payouts, incomplete records, and a field operation that could not be seen from the office.
What we built
We built the operations portal, the stakeholder app and the payment flow as one system. Collection workflows are captured in software instead of spreadsheets. Payouts move through RazorpayX so field work and finance are no longer two disconnected jobs.
